HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RUG?

To maintain your rug we recommend spot cleaning with cold soapy water and dry in the shade. Do not submerge rug in water. Do not use any harsh detergents or bleach. Do not tumble dry. Your rug has a waterproof layer over the top printed surface that will protect it from any spills. Iron your rug at maximum temp of 110c.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?

Your order will be dispatched within 1- 2 business days. We post items from Monday through to Friday.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Regular shipping will take 7-10 business days from dispatch

Express shipping is 2-5 business days from dispatch

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we only ship to Australia, this may change in the future.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

If your order arrives and it is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info.nomadandco@yahoo.com. We will contact you as soon as we can and arrange a solution. 

 

ARE THE NOMADII RUGS MADE SUSTAINABLY?

Our Nomadii rugs are made from GOTS organic cotton, no chemicals or pesticides are used in the making of the cotton fibers from seed to final product, making it a better choice not only for you, but the environment. Our rugs are digitally printed which is the most planet friendly way to print fabric. Digital printing uses much less water than other styles of printing. We also use GOTS organic dyes to print our rugs. Our rugs are shipped in bulk recycled cardboard boxes and packed in individual biodegradable packaging made from corn and wheat. Our factory is run by green and sustainable energy and 100% of water used is recycled and re used. Our rugs and plastic free and vegan friendly. We also ship plastic free.
