Australian owned and designed with our planet in mind.

Here at Nomad&co we pride ourselves on creating beautiful, quality and unique travel products that inspire you to wander. Our Nomadii rugs are designed by us on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

We are a small batch and slow production brand that focuses on sustainability and planet friendly products. From production to shipping our values are the same, to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible.

Our products are not mass produced and sold to various brands, they are slowly made and 100% designed by us. Our picnic rugs are made from the highest quality GOTS certified organic cotton. When you use one of our Nomadii rugs you can be assured that it has been made ethically.

Our rugs are made and digitally printed by or manufacturers in India.  We spent a lot of time finding a manufacturer that aligned with our brands values.  We use a GOTS and OEKO TEX certified factory to produce our rugs, which means there is no chemicals used in the production of our cotton fibers from seed to final product. Our rugs are digitally printed using GOTS and OEKO TEX organic dyes. Meaning they are safe from chemicals that can harm human health.

Our factory is run by green and sustainable energy with 100% Zero liquid discharge, meaning their will be no industrial liquid discharge put back into the environment. 100% of water used while making our rugs is recycled and reused.

Our rugs are shipped to us in bulk recycled cardboard boxes and are only packaged in individual biodegradable bags made from corn and wheat. We also ship plastic free using compostable and zero waste shipping bags and labels.
